Thx for reading. I believe NXT Tour is up and running. My son, mike, played some Korn Ferry Tour, just signed up to play in one. It's all simulator golf, they play for money. He played a couple last year. A great idea that may catch on. Golf domes, as you note, are not cost-efficient.
Great article Gary - TTT all the time. Should be interesting, Their was a guy who was trying to build something like this I think called Next Links?? Same concept but a golf dome that was to cost 40M. You hit first shot in simulator and hit in sim up to 100 yards and once inside this number you played on synthetic surface to hole. Same as what they are doing so it legitimized his concept but don't think his concept would ever capture enough players due to cost of built vs 22 groups of 4 they would never do more than 5M a year in all sales which would take like 30 years to pay off the 40M which based on the size of building now would cost 60M.
