▪️ Cleveland Golf/Srixon: Brooks Koepka wins PGA Championship for fifth major title, playing 11 Srixon/Cleveland Golf clubs in his bag and the Z-Star Diamond golf ball.
COURSES
▪️ Founders Group International: Announces that Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club's Jack Nicklaus Signature Course in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, is closed for a greens and bunkers restoration and a clubhouse redesign. FGI contracted with Nicklaus Design and design associate Troy Vincent will spearhead the four-month project of the course that opened in 1988.
CHARITABLE
▪️ On Course Foundation: Reports that member, former soldier and double above-knee amputee Hari Budha Magar set a world record by summiting Mount Everest while raising funds for the organization. Magar's ascent began in early May and culminated on May 19 at more than 29,000 feet.
